Questions before you begin?

Find clear answers about our packaging systems, minimum quantities, designs, payments, production and delivery.

Getting started

Ordering

Our minimum order quantity is 25 units.

This allows small and growing brands to invest in custom, premium packaging without committing to thousands of units.

The minimum may apply to one packaging design, size and specification. Where you need several sizes or designs, we will advise you on the most cost-effective arrangement.

You can begin by completing our Guide Me form or contacting us through WhatsApp.

We will ask about your brand, product dimensions, preferred packaging pieces, quantity, colours, finishes and delivery location.

After reviewing your requirements, we will provide recommendations and a quotation.

Yes. Although we specialise in complete packaging systems, you may order individual components.

These may include packaging boxes, brand tags, thank-you cards, envelopes, tissue wrappers, ribbons, stickers and other branded materials.

A coordinated packaging system is recommended when you want every element of your unboxing experience to feel consistent.

Yes. Reorders are generally easier because your approved artwork and production specifications are already on file.

Pricing may still change if quantities, materials, sizes, finishes or supplier costs have changed since the previous production run.

Mixed styles or sizes may be possible depending on the total quantity, materials and production requirements.

Each size or structure may require separate setup, materials and production work. We will recommend the option that gives you the best balance between variety and cost.

Products and systems

Packaging

We create coordinated packaging products including:

  • Custom packaging boxes
  • Brand tags and product tags
  • Thank-you cards and notes
  • Branded envelopes
  • Tissue wrappers
  • Branded ribbons
  • Stickers and seals
  • Complete packaging systems

A complete packaging system is a coordinated collection of branded packaging pieces designed to work together.

Instead of receiving only a box, your customer may experience matching tags, tissue, ribbon, stickers, thank-you cards and envelopes.

This creates consistency, increases perceived value and makes the complete unboxing experience more memorable.

Available rigid box options may include:

  • Magnetic flap boxes
  • Shoulder boxes
  • Tray-in-bed boxes
  • Door-style boxes
  • Gate boxes
  • Collapsible magnetic boxes

Availability depends on your preferred dimensions, quantity, material and production requirements.

Yes. Your box can be developed around the dimensions and presentation needs of your product.

Accurate product measurements are essential. Depending on the project, we may request a physical sample or recommend additional allowance for tissue, garments, inserts or accessories.

Artwork and branding

Design

Yes. You may provide print-ready artwork prepared to the required production specifications.

We will review submitted files and notify you where changes, resizing, colour preparation or additional setup are required.

You must have permission to use all supplied logos, images, fonts and other creative materials.

Yes. You will be given an opportunity to review the final artwork and specifications.

Production begins only after you have provided clear final approval and the required payment has been received.

You should carefully check spelling, contact details, colours, dimensions and logo placement before approving.

Yes. The number of revisions included will be stated in your quotation or project agreement.

Additional revision rounds, substantial redesigns or changes requested after final approval may attract extra charges and extend the production timeline.

Making your packaging

Production

Production time depends on the quantity, box structure, materials, finishes and number of packaging pieces in your order.

After final artwork approval, payment confirmation and material confirmation, we will provide an estimated completion date.

Design revisions, delayed approvals or changes requested after confirmation may extend the timeline.

Rush production may be available when our current production capacity and your project specifications allow it.

Additional charges may apply because urgent orders can require priority scheduling, faster material sourcing or additional production hours.

Please disclose your required date at the beginning of the enquiry.

Yes. Phone and computer screens display colours using light, while printed materials use inks, papers and physical finishes.

Small differences may also occur because of paper texture, material batches, lighting and printing processes.

We aim for a premium and consistent result within normal production tolerances.

Sampling may be available for selected projects and is usually quoted separately.

A single sample can cost more per unit because production setup, materials and manual work are required for a very small quantity.

We will advise whether a physical sample, material sample or digital mock-up is most appropriate for your project.

Pricing and confirmation

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A 70% upfront payment is required after the final design has been approved and before production begins.
  • The remaining 30% balance must be paid before collection, dispatch or delivery.

Some projects may also require a separate design or sampling fee before production.

Website prices may represent launch prices, package prices or starting prices.

Your final quotation can be affected by:

  • Quantity
  • Box size and structure
  • Material selection
  • Printing and finishing
  • Number of packaging pieces
  • Design complexity
  • Delivery destination

The quotation you approve will show what is included in your specific order.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Where design work, material sourcing or production has already begun, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted from any refundable amount.

Custom products that have already been produced to your approved specifications may not be refundable unless they are defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy for additional information.

Receiving your order

Delivery

Yes. Nationwide delivery can be arranged through available courier and logistics partners.

Delivery charges depend on your location, parcel size, weight and selected delivery service.

Delivery fees are separate unless expressly included in your quotation.

International delivery may be arranged depending on the destination, courier availability and order size.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other destination-country fees.

Contact us with your destination before placing an order so we can review available options.

No. Production and delivery are separate stages.

Your packaging must first be designed, approved and produced. Courier transit begins only after the completed order has been dispatched.

We will communicate both the estimated production period and available delivery option.

Contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order details
  • Photographs of the parcel
  • Photographs or videos of the damage
  • The number of affected items

Keep the original outer packaging while the issue is being investigated.

We will review whether the damage occurred before dispatch or during courier handling and explain the available next steps.
